There are even a couple of hints about upcoming games, jump to 22:20 to see a 2D Mario game in action and some text that mentions a "flying squirrel" suit and a "baby Yoshi that balloons up to carry you". • I know this is off topic but it's hilarious: Mute the volume and transcribe audio. Anyhow, I don't know if I'm excited for this yet.

  • This looks awesome!!! My wife wants one.... now!
  • About what I would expect from Nintendo. They'll get there's, but I just can't see adults caring one way or another what Nintendo does anymore. Here's to the great Nintendo game memories from my childhood, and to the fun memories kids nowadays are making with Nintendo. As for me today, I'll stick to the other consoles.
  • Non-Specific Action Figure needs his own game Nintendo. Get on that.
  • I just dont think I wont never buy a nintendo console , like I just love it. But looks like they are going with a whole social network approach with it, HOME tried that but failed miserable so maybe this will work better? The old guy was hilarious though!

But I think I definitely will probably get the next nintendo console but I aint so sure about PS4 and 360.

But man when I was at uni had so much fun with my mates and the wii! Actually having game parties :P

  • Its looks really good, but i'm not totally impressed. Almost all of wii u's features i'm already able to do with other devices i have like my ipod. I like the idea behind it, bringing people together, and taking the game anywhere. I Feel people are over hyped about this, i want to as well but then i wont look at it with an unbiased view. Hope this thing turns out awesome!
  • who else thinks its a safe bet they filmed this whole thing on a wii u controller?
  • From living room to reading room. Lol

  • Interesting, they've got a lot of good ideas, it'll just depend on whether they all turn out well and a majority of the gaming public accepts them readily

  • So pumped for sony

  • I like how they really trying to apeal to the hard core gamers by putting out a regular looking controller and how they are really making online a priority.  Hopefully they get the main gameplay details right and the Wii U turns out to be a worthy successor to the Wii.  Im happy with this

  • seems really confusing and hard to use... like that hole random people chat? scary, whats next a chat roulette app? the normal Wii is already hard to use and set up i dont need all this random stuff!!

  • tomorrow baby!
  • I like nintendo, but they're like "Yeah look connectivity, nobody's ever done that" and yes I know there is some new stuff, but most of it is different takes on stuff already made; like the mii's that huddle around games to show what they're playing, that's basically a nintendo-fied version of the friends list and what people are playing on psn and xbl, and the help guide is something we can easily do on our computers, yes it does look new... for nintendo, but this compared to what the new ps4 or xbox 720 will have in store is probably going to look like a toddler with a water gun standing beside a spec ops member.

  • Anyone else interpret at least half of those icons as game announcements in disguise? A Mario Kart, Donkey Kong, Legend of Zelda, Metroid, and Super Mario game (with what appears to be a Yoshi-centric game and a zombie game of some kind - Resident Evil 6?). Seems a little too good to be true, but it's really exciting to think about in that sense.
  • That commercial in there was unsettling. Such bad acting, but I think it was supposed to be bad and awkward like that. Cool tech, but that guy was frustratingly stupid. Reminds me of what I imagine are little kids who send me Xbox Live messages asking how to get good at Halo or COD multiplayer. I usually send back some little tip or something, but it is just annoying and there is a lot to it and I'm not gonna spend hours talking to them. They can figure it out on there own. There's even the internet to help them. Stop bothering me!

  • dude i saw a metroid tile thing i hope they are making a new game because metroid other m was just dissapointing they need something like metroid prime or super metroid that would be awesome

  • so, nintendo, how to plan to deal with the army of immature MiiVerse trolls that will inevitably appear?

  • What do the Chinese characters above him in frame say? I don't mean to be rude, but does it mean dickhead? Because his head looks like a Dick.
  • This is so long... and I didn't see anything I had not been exposed to before. Also, he in no way described how the name Wii U came into play
