Big problems so far, unfortunately! We had lots of trolling last night, with structures getting burnt down. We also had the Xbox crash this morning before we could get in and save the world again - sorry to anyone who's lost anything!

Will work out a better solution today though, will probably involve me taking the Xbox home over the weekend so I can keep hitting save.

Sorry chaps, I only had the idea for this server at about 4pm yesterday, we're still ironing out some of the potential problems. I did spot your creation late last night at home though - good work!

It wasn't finished, I was going to transform the hill into a mountain so I could get a hollywood style vibe going on, and then make a treasure hunt. I had no treasure, but I had signs on the go.

Also, looking at twitter, does the game not autosave anyway? Like every five minutes, I'm always seeing a small icon appear top right which looks like a customary autosave icon.

I shall have to pop and show you my awesome Minecraft skills. Which is pretty much trying to build a house and making a giant hole in the ground instead.

Sadly, I think that's just loading. I saved the game at about 7pm last night, but after that had to leave the office - nothing since then has been saved unfortunately.

Still, I'll work it out!

This was late last night, after 11 maybe.

As overseer for the later hours last night, I can say that there was some small measure of conflagatory vandalism, but the real winner was architecture. We now have a mining company, a mysterious trapdoor under the beach chalet and, my own contribution, a huge imposing tower that leads to a glass observation deck. We are watching.

Is 'OXMWOOD' still there? That's my handiwork, and the start of my treasure hunt (Under M), which leads to my grave, I'll pop in today if possible to keep the hunt better than A-B, C will be in a maze. No point if it's all destroyed though.

No-one has dared touch OXMWOOD yet. Haha, the tower was actually always a plan we had, but the stone coffin was pretty funny - I angrily tweeted Matt as I thought he'd done it on purpose for when I took over!

I popped in today, surprisingly lively in the mornings and some great creations allready. I have set about making my own living/mining area which I have kept hidden and secret to avoid any burnings with clues so dastardly I have allready forgotton where it is. Still I will be back on later to do some more digging and I will find more Iron. I saw the stuff Bezza had made and I started the hunt before realising that my map had disappeared and got as far as the grave.

Dissention in the ranks! My nefarious scheme is coming together nicely. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Mine is an evil laugh.

I just need an hour later to finish the hunt, I have a maze nearly complete, just need treasure. And some torches, it's a pretty dark maze .

It's kind of half arsed after everything got destroyed first day, it would have been more elaborate and further apart with some more time.

How about one with monsters? Zombies around the bend even though it would be hard getting them in there.But I have an endless zombie hole which I found deep down, imagine the chaos. Kinda reminds me of that one with the minotaur.

Only way to get real treasure old chum would be to head to an unused part of the world (where no-one has started digging yet) and dig down, you need to get pretty deep under ground and start finding blocks of redstone, gold and diamond. which can then be made into gold bars and diamonds to use as treasure.

As for your maze, adjust it, put it somewhere untouched then build it so the 'treasure' is a stair case leading downwards (about 4 blocks down) then I can build my maze after that so we can have a nice tiered effect going on. OR I can build mine first then let you build underneath so the treasure can be the absolute goal of our two tiered maze.

Problem with having one with monsters in it, Golli, is that your first enemy would probably be a creeper who would then blow up your lovingly created maze, ruining all that effort, so well lit is essential really.

Also, I think it's pretty important to keep the maze well hidden so the mutants can't come and hack it up. The last thing we need is for for X5n1p3dovak1nlulzX to find the maze then just start hacking through the walls.

I tripped up and fell down the ladder killing myself earlier. If I can get in later I will join you all and donate some resources if needed I have gone pretty deep allready and I still have some more of my caves to fully explore.

Are we going to make a concerted effort this evening to hunt out gold and diamonds? If so, I believe the oxm dudes should make sure to give us some space on the server so we can all get on and go treasure mining.

Sidenote: I just played on my world, found a mine with around 25 gold, 100 iron and 5 diamonds. I fell in lava and died. I didn't save my progress.

Just finished my maze, it is pretty easy because it's really hard to make. The prize is amazing though. No mining allowed. But I bet people will mine. Grums I've left a tree on a pedestal above my mine to let you know where to build your centre... and consequently let people know where the centre of mine is.. doh!

A nice busy day in OXMWOOD, phase 2 of my plan has been completed, a nice giant sky sign, but one with a difference. It's right next to Joe's mega tower. I also successfully upped my boxing in of the oxm avatar. not satisfied with just a few blocks around him, I completely filled the house he was in with sand.

Other news, some guy made a badass pirate ship, which some tosser then burnt down, I located Bezza's maze, by tunneling into it (sorry dude, it was an accident) some bugger ruined my mine, so I tidied it up, and there have been, in general, a load of impressive structures being built.

I only managed to get in for 5 minutes until I was kicked or disconnected.

Probably because some people are arseholes and deliberately try to f**k things up. Hence why some guys ship was burnt down.
