@Armyboy5 - 720p refers to resolution. The quality issue you may be experiencing is the bit rate. You're watching a 2800kpbs stream on the internet. They have to be compressed to a "happy medium" so that the majority of site users can safely view the videos.

I've been watching all of the "top french players" SCV videos. These are by far better than those.

I saw 3 new characters but only 0.5 new fighting styles. Lame.
