The Toshiba Excite 7.7 is a 7.7-inch Android ICS tablet powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 chip featuring a quad-core CPU. Its other features include 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, 5-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel unit on the front.
