Brethren,

Welcome to the Grand Lodge of Texas website. You will see that it is very full of great information regarding our gentle fraternity. You will also note that the calendar contains many of the important events that are coming and I hope that you can attend some of them. We are to have 16 Grand Master Conferences in the first half of the year and during the second half, we will continue the 2011 Masonic Workshop program with a new set if situations to solve.


 Again, welcome to our website and I look forward to seeing all somewhere in this great State of Texas.

The new 2012 Warden's Retreat Application is now available. Please note that there will be NO walk-in registrations on the day of the conference in order that the materials and meals can be prepared, so please make sure your reservations are in by the deadlines shown--NO exceptions!

The Masonic Library and Museum Commemorative Coin will be released on an annual basis. The reverse of the coin will change to commemorate events, places and people, that are significant in the history of Masonry in Texas. Quantities of this coin are limited to less than 5,000 total.

 

All proceeds from this coin will support the Masonic Library and Museum.

2012 Masonic Striper Challenge

Lone Star Lodge #403 Denison, Texas proudly presents our 2012 Masonic Striper Challenge.

 

When: Monday July, 16th - 5:30 a.m.

Where: Grandpappy Point Marina on Lake Texoma

Cost: $150/per person

 

**Price includes breakfast, lunch and a guided boat (4 or 5 people to a boat). You don't need to bring anyting. Everything you need will be provided, even a pole***

 

Prizes: $300/per person for 1st place (total weight of your top 5 fish)

Presentation of Proceeds of Fund Raiser Raffle for 100 Club

At the Stated Meeting of Highland Hills Lodge #1373, on 12 April, a check representing the proceeds of our Fund Raiser Raffle was presented to Mr Richard Miller, President of the San Antonio 100 Club.  Mr Miller presented a short talk on the purposes and recent beneficiaries of their Scholarship Programs for dependents of Slain Uniformed Public Service Officers.

 

Lancaster Lodge No 160 received Achievement

The Brothers of Lancaster Lodge No 160 were honored with an Award of Achievement "For most Imporved Performance in Opening and Closing Lodge and Proper Reception and Introduction of the District Deputy Grand Master" signed by Most Worshipful T.E. Gene Carnes, Past Grand Master of Texas Masons.

 

 The  award was presented during the February 2012 stated lodge meeting by 2012 District Deputy Grand Master R.W. Larry Powers and 2011  R.W. Diristrict Deputy Grand Master Ricky Brown both DDGMs are from Dristict 14H of the Most Grand Lodge of Texas.
