Is your new year's resolution to leave radio?

With over 700 jobs lost in the radio industry in the last few years, consolidation at Global, Orion and GMG, and 25% cuts planned at the BBC, life's hard in radio. You might be thinking of a new career outside of radio as your new year's resolution.

But is it easy to find a new job elsewhere, if the only thing you've known is radio?

As the industry continues to contract, we asked a few people who've left the industry how they found it.
