Rihanna wins BRITs 2012 International Female Artist

BRITs 2012 performer Rihanna has been named International Female Artist at the 2012 BRIT Awards.
The Barbadian superstar returned to the BRIT Awards stage not only to perform for the second year in running but to collect this award. She won the International Female Solo Artist award in 2011 after being nominated for it previously in 2008 and 2010.
Rihanna takes the trophy ahead of fellow nominees Beyonce, Bjork, Feist and Lady Gaga and was another to thank her fans for all their support.
