I am speechless at these videos!  Incredible! Best movie score this year hands down!

The drums are OK, and the strings ladies are nice to look at. The only music that comes to mind with less harmonic development or variation is that of Steve Reich, though.

Nice!  It's about time they do concert performances at premieres.

Very cool! Wish I could attend something like this someday. They picked two of my favorite tracks too. big_smile

EDIT: I'm curious, can anyone figure out what instruments are used in this performance of Mombasa?

I had some troubles, but I count: 1 tuba, 1 baritone, 12 trombones (2 of which are bass trombones?), 4 horns, 2 violins, 1 electric double bass, 1 electric guitar, 1 electric drum set, and 3 computer / synthesizer performers (audience left: CRT monitor with something else, center: MacBook with workstation, right: couldn't tell for sure).

I usually dislike Zimmer and chronies, but I have to admit that I have a soft spot for Inception's score (even with the semi-bullshit I've heard Zimmer say about it). The entire live suite is quite an experience. Thanks for sharing!
