Payment by company check should be made for the exact amount due on arrival. If the payment amount on a company check exceeds the fees that are due on arrival, the balance can not be refunded.
AccessibilityWheelchairs are available at the Visitor Admission Desk on a first come, first serve basis. Video presentations in the Museum are captioned for hearing impaired visitors. ParkingParking is free. There is a reserved area close to the main entrance for motorcoaches.
Museum CafeThe Museum Cafe seats up to 50 guests and offers panoramic views of Boston Harbor and the Boston skyline. The cafe is open from 9 am to 5 pm daily and serves beverages, snacks, salads, soup, chowder and sandwiches. A box lunch program is available for groups. Advance notice is required for boxed lunches. Choir and Musical GroupsThe John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum provides an opportunity for a limited number of choir groups to perform each year. Strict guidelines apply and advanced reservations must be made for performances. Please contact our Tour Coordinator for further details.
Luggage PolicyLuggage, back packs or hand bags may not be checked. These items are permitted to be carried with you through the Museum.
