Bid On The Actual 'Fight Club' Yin-Yang Table To Benefit Homeless Pooches - SOLD!

Yin-Yang FIGHT CLUB coffee table

Update: The item was auctioned and won for $4,351.00! Congrats to the new owner of the table and for the good thing they did to support for these animals.

I just got an e-mail from Chuck asking that I let everyone know that The Pixie Project animal shelter, in Portland OR, is auctioning the actual Yin-Yang coffee table from Fight Club.  This is one of three tables that were used in the film.  The other two were (obviously) destroyed.  It was given to Chuck as a funny gift by David Fincher at the close of the film.

Bid on the table here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/290687911585  - Auction Ended

All proceeds go to funding The Pixie Project, and help rescue dogs.

This table has been in Chuck's office for the past 12 years and he's now ready to part with it for a worthy cause. Furthermore, if you live anywhere near the Portland area, there's a chance he'll come and help you set it up.

Pre-Order The 'Invisible Monsters Remix' At St. Helen's Book Shop & Chuck Will Inscribe It

Invisible Monsters Remix

One June 11th the long-awaited Invisible Monsters Remix comes out. This is a new version of the book with new chapters, new design elements and best of all, a hardcover format! (finally). Think of it like the Criterion Collection version of the book.

Here's what the publishers, WW Norton had to say about it:

"Injected with new material and special design elements, Invisible MonstersRemix fulfills Chuck Palahniuk's original vision for his 1999 novel, turning a daring satire on beauty and the fashion industry into an even more wildly unique reading experience. Laced in are new chapters of memoir and further scenes with the book's characters. Readers will jump between chapters, reread the book to understand the dissolve between fiction and fact, and decipher the playful book design."

Chuck Palahniuk at St. Helen's Book ShopYou can pre-order the book today from either Amazon, Barnes & Noble or IndieBound, but if you want a signed and inscribed copy, from Chuck Palahniuk himself...

#CHOKE4SCARS Giveaway Winners!

We were feeling frisky last Friday and decided to have some fun on Twitter and Facebook.  It had been a while since we did any sort of photo contest.  The last one, which involved fans taking pictures of themselves as characters from the books as well as acting out scenarios, was a big success and winners got audiobook apps from Blackstone Audio.

This time, things turned grisly.  The contest theme was to post pictures of your best scar. The five best scar winners get a Choke Tshirt!  So without further ado, here are your victims:

'Stocking Stuffers:' 13 Writing Tips by Chuck Palahniuk

'Stocking Stuffers:' 13 Writing Tips by Chuck Palahniuk

Why is there a picture of Chuck Palahniuk wearing a Santa hat on your screen?  Well, that's because Christmas is coming early this year in the form of this wonderful essay on writing.

Read 'Stocking Stuffers: 13 Writing Tips From Chuck Palahniuk'

This essay was posted here originally and was made available for all to read, as a taste for the advice Chuck was giving in these 36 (yes, you read that right) total essays on craft.  We are now making it available for all again on LitReactor for a limited time.

Enjoy it while you can and Happy Holidays!

'Choke' Tshirts Now Available

'Choke' Tshirts Now Available,

Our Chuck Palahniuk Tshirts return with a vengeance in the form of this new Choke shirt, designed by Kevin Tong (@tragicsunshine). This is our fourth collaboration with Kevin and damn... did he hit this one out of the park! This is easily my favorite Tshirt from him yet.  The design features Victor Mancini descending into the abyss of his own depravity. (see a close-up of it)

Update! We now have the shirts available in a 'variant' style, using just water-based colors, to give it a softer, more vintage look and feel. See pictures of those shirts here.

'Choke' Mens Tshirt 'Choke' Womens Shirt

The shirts are American Apparel and are available in Mens and Womens in both Gray (Asphalt) and Blue (Heather Lake Blue).  This all came together last minute, so unfortantely, at the time of my writing this, the actual shirts are still being printed.  But if you want to place your order now, we can assure you that we will begin shipping shirts from Dec 11th on.

Order Your 'Choke' Tshirt!

Important Shipping Info: We ship our shirts USPS Priority, so U.S. domestic orders typically arrive 1-3 days from the date they are shipped.  International orders allow 7-10 days.

Important Sizing Info: American Apparel was sold out of a few sizes we normally order. Therefore XXL and XXXL are not available for the Gray shirt, and XXXL is not available for the Blue. Hopefully we can get these in on the next run.

Today, that poster goes on sale and begins shipping.  But hurry! If you want to receive your poster in time for Christmas, tomorrow (December 14th) is the final shipping day.
