Jobs: *NEW* Senior Outsourcing Artist - AAA Story driven project

Our client is one of the world’s leading independent games studios who have worked on two very successful IPs in the past and are currently looking for a Senior Outsource Artist to help realize their next blockbuster on future generation consoles.

The Senior Outsourcing Artist should be capable of developing and maintaining an efficient high-quality outsourcing pipeline. You will be someone with a thorough attention to detail and quality, as well as an excellent ability to communicate to and build solid working relationships with outsourcing partners through clear documentation and timely feedback. You will be responsible for maintaining the outsource schedule and delivering assets into the project space once approved that meet the creative and stylistic direction of the project.

What we're looking for:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in game development and at least two shipped products.
• Experience with art outsourcing, especially outsource management.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to write clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Attention to detail and eye for visual quality.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.

What we’d love you to have, but don’t sweat it if you don’t:
• Knowledge of 3Ds Max and high/low detail poly modeling
• Knowledge of 3d sculpting package ( ZBrush/Mudbox )
• Background in traditional art and any relevant experience or studies, for instance photography or architecture.
• Experience of using level/ environment editors.
