Important note: IEEE has recently upgraded its e-commerce platform, and you will be prompted to change your username to a valid e-mail address upon logging in for the first time. In addition, IEEE Accounts will require two security questions to be used for account recovery purposes. You will receive a one-time prompt to change your username and update your security questions. You can select the e-mail address we have on file for you or choose a new one. All usernames must be unique, so if you share your e-mail address with another member, you must create a username with an e-mail address that is unique to you.

About your IEEE Account
Every member has an IEEE Account that can be used to sign in to renew. If you do not know your username and/or password, you can recover it from the login page. Please do not create a new account, as it will not link to your membership or renewal bill.
