Before Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev could make himself at home in the new $88 million apartment in New York, his soon to be ex-wife turned to the courts to dispute the purchase.

So the guy is worth $9.5 billion and didn't have her sign a pre nup? I guy that stupid shouldn't even have that kind of wealth. My net worth is a pathetic 40K and I would still get her to sign a pre nup.
