Simply unbelieveable. To say that Russia is NOT calling the shots in these Georgian territorites is laughable! Putin "criticizes" the USA for its policies in Georgia, yet this is another example of "Do what I say and NOT what I do".

Georgia says that Russia warning its citizens against travel to Georgia is anti Georgian propaganda? That's hilariously funny, because US State Department also warns US citizens against travel to Georgia because of instability, rampant crime and possible detention. I just read this warning on their website. I wonder if US is also joining in anti Georgian propaganda?
