The presidents of the two republics are visiting the states that recognized them as the EU reiterates its support for Georgia’s territorial integrity.

I am wondering, if the EU leaders have any moral rights to open their mouths regarding any territorial matters after what they have done with Yugoslavia? Assuming they have shame and understanding of meaning of moral values ...

South Ossetia and Abkhazia seem to be more viable as independent states than Kosovo, despite years of EU.NATO efforts there. I guess Georgia and the EU will have to get used to the idea that the people of the two states are unlikely to ever consent to rule from Tblisi.
