The world is not so stupid that it does not understand that spies often use the cover of an NGO.

How about if the Russians sponsor some NGOs in the USA? Oh wait...the Russians don't have any money to do that.

The United States of America is like a drug pusher relentlessly peddling her bags of "American goodies" to people foolish enough to buy them.

The only way to stop a drug pusher is to cut off their hands.

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that her country intended to make every country in the world better through supporting greater freedom of expression, freedom of religion and freedom of assembly. Bob, I think, Hillary should start of with Occupy Wall Street (OWS) that began September 17, 2011 in Zuccotti Park. Let us see if she is meaning that...her country intended to make every country in the world better through supporting greater freedom of expression, freedom of religion and freedom of assembly. And you and I will pay for it from our tax budget...

Impound the funds or freeze the assets of the groups that US will continue to sponsor.  These groups have no interest in the Russian people.  It is an elite group of people that want to put the working class into debt and kept them there for generations to come.  The American people have no more to give and everything to lose at this point, so they are knocking on your door to take everything from you now!

The ones who got money from abroad to destabilize their own country are traitors, and should be prosecuted. A democratic state must be able to defend itself from paid rebels. NGOs have nothing to do with democracy, rather they are the legalized arms of western intelligence agencies as was proved in many cases, lately e.g. in Egypt.

The situation is now clear.

The US government is removing "democracy" from its own citizens and sending it to citizens of other nations - along with their factories, jobs, money, ...
.

The Russian Federation is a sovereign state and as such develops its own democratic conventions. The Russian Federation does not need funding from the USA to develop and progress those conventions, as they could be redirected towards the US in developing its own short comings in the democratic arena. "People who live in glass houses should not throw stones."
No Country has a monoply on the standards of Democracy as there are a multitude of shortcomings and deficiencies around the world to include the western world in democratic ideal and standards.
The Russian federation, can, has and will create its own standards above the rest, with regards to democratic ideals and the functioning of the sovereign state of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federations is not child and will not accept such treatment as the USA itself does not.

Can't believe this. She wants to uphold the freedom of assembly? Doublespeak at it's finest. Let's address our own problems with OWS and their assembly freedoms before we go injecting 50 millions (!!!!) into some other country. That money should not be spent.

"..this could lead to a strain in relations" .. What?! For anyone who doesn't understand yet, this is why Russia is losing the game thus far: because it doesn't have a spine.

Offended? Yes, the truth often hurts.

This must be made against the law (I wonder why it insn't now?..) and anybody who goes on doing it must be considered as a person, institution or gouvernment that is declaring war on the Russian Federation. Plain and simple.

If my language is offending I'm not sorry. I'm done with RT for the evening.. I've had enough.

Perhaps Putin should negociate with China to stop lending money to USA for this kind of subversion.

Conflict and war are considered as acceptable means to advance US geopolitical objectives. Might as well go aggressive and hostile when it's on China's dime and the US knows their days are numbered. Sound insane? That's American foreign policy folks.

Yes right!! Freedom of expression...around the world. My country is a small but important part of the American Empire and our government all kiss Imperial hands. When the prostests were couple months ago they beaten everyone up like animals and when i hear these people taking about promoting democracy...in the end the whole thing theyve created the whole image is going to blow up on theyre heads. Most people already know that US is no longer that democratic.Indeed they have good living or they had....and freedom of speech but what is freedom of speech if nothing happens.I prefer China where no one is aloud to protest but all have jobs or most anyway. And US is not democracy no more that China or Russia when it comes to companies and wealth they are all linked to the special interest of groups. All blue chips have a member or director or something that is something in CFR or around that kind of entities.
