Nice, I've been waiting for this. Never got a Naruto game because they are always way too far behind in the US tv show verse the Jap show. I think like 100 episodes or something. and the Shippuden characters are way more interesting.

i do though, enjoy tournaments online with friends but still 7.0 is a good score for this game

this game is awesome, but.... no boss battles... like wtf?! the boss battles in storm 2 were sooo epic, it actualy gave me a reason to play the story mode... even more than once, but in thise game the only reason why i play story is to unlock characters...

If they Keep the Game play put in the Open world part, and Doing it perfectly well, and porting it to the Vita, You Got me a Buy Naruto, PSP version is my first fighting game So i gladly get it for a vita version if they plan on it

There is a reason this is not called Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 you know...this is just a "fiiler" game. It was made so you guys won't have to wait super long for another Ultimate Ninja game. They are currently waiting the story in manga or anime to progress so they can get enough content to make another full fledged story mode (or Ultimate Adventure). (None of this was confirmed, just my opinion)

@ m3ll0w - you liked the boss battles? I hated them with a passion - I hated how they used gimmicky features or completely random mechanics that often took away from the fighting style you've been using the whole game - as an example, 4 tails vs Orochimaru could have been EPIC - instead it was a rail shooter that tested how fast you could mash the fire button.

I really enjoyed taking out the open world stuff. Really it was the thing I most hated on Naruto games. For me it was annoying to walk very slowly to you destiny, why they couldn't run? They are Ninjas.

@Dragonspear2462 I didn't play it yet, but at least for me it appeared that they made a generation stuff because of the flow of the manga. At this point, it has a lot of flashbacks, telling the backstory of Minato. And when the war begins, Kabuto uses edo tensei to resurrect some charaters. Which are included Zabuza, Haku, Asuma, and many others. That for me was the reason to make a Generations. Since I didin't play I cant' say it for sure, but at least that was my understanding.

What a letdown....I know, I know, we waited months between UNS2 and this game, which basically has more characters and better online balance. No over-the-top boss battles, no story mode, no single-player map and quests, little mechanics changes...It could easily fit in a DLC with the extra classic characters and new shippuuden characters (the kages and akatsuki kabuto)....Thankfully I haven't bought it, I'll either wait UNS3 in a distant future or focus on other anime games.

The story mode made no sense to me if they had made it just like UNS3 then it would have been a great game.
