ACCOMMODATION Image
In the Netherlands, student accommodation is not organised in the same way as in many other countries. The universities themselves do no offer residence halls or other types of student housing. Instead, Dutch students generally find accommodation on the private market. However, the International Student Office of Hanze University Groningen does assist international students in finding private housing. There are several options available, such as a single or shared room in an international student house, a room in a Dutch student house or a private flat.
