  • KUHNER: Obama threatens religious liberty

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner and Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

  • KUHNER: Opposing Obama is not racist

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

The Democrats are settling on one major election strategy: Portray opposition to President Obama as a form of racism. In a nutshell, the liberal argument is that conservative dissent from Mr. Obama's social democratic agenda - Obamacare, the nearly $1 trillion stimulus and Dodd-Frank - is driven not by the color of the president's politics, but the color of his skin. • KUHNER: Will Obama steal the 2012 election?

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. claims Jim Crow is returning. In a recent speech, Mr. Holder said that attempts by states to pass voter identification laws will disenfranchise minorities, rolling back the clock to the evil days of segregation. He said that a growing number of minorities fear that "the same disparities, divisions and problems" now afflict America as they did in 1965 prior to the Voting Rights Act. According to the Obama administration, our democracy is being threatened by racist Republicans. Hence, the Justice Department must prevent laws requiring a photo ID to vote from being enacted. • KUHNER: Obama's Watergate

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

A year ago this week, U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered. He died protecting his country from brutal Mexican gangsters. Two AK-47 assault rifles were found at his death site. We now know the horrifying truth: Agent Terry was killed by weapons that were part of an illegal Obama administration operation to smuggle arms to the dangerous drug cartels. By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

President Obama has been reborn as a populist. At a major speech this week in Kansas, Mr. Obama outlined the themes of his 2012 re-election campaign. He is a champion of the middle class, which he claims is under siege. Their enemies are big business, corporations and the rich. Published December 8, 2011

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

Croatia is on the verge of national surrender. This small Balkan nation is poised to follow the disastrous path of Greece - dramatically affecting European and U.S. taxpayers. On Dec. 4, Croatians will hold parliamentary elections. The ruling Croatian Democratic Union, known by its acronym HDZ, is expected to lose - and rightly so. Published November 26, 2011

  • KUHNER: Myth of Croatian fascism

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

Mr. Boljkovac is the first major official from Tito's regime to be tried for human rights abuses after the violent breakup of Yugoslavia. In 1945, Tito's victorious Partisan army erected a totalitarian police state. The half-Croatian, half-Slovene dictator was an ideological Marxist, who sought to wipe out his opponents, such as nationalist Serbs, Slovenes and Albanians. Published November 24, 2011

  • KUHNER: Obama's Denigrate America tour

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

President Obama regularly expresses his contempt for America. The latest example was his comment at a business forum in Hawaii where he complained that "we've been a little bit lazy over the last couple of decades." In particular, he meant Americans supposedly have been lax in pursuing foreign investment because "we aren't out there hungry, selling America and trying to attract new business into America." This degrades the country he leads. Published November 18, 2011

  • KUHNER: Obama's betrayal to China

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

President Obama is creating a post-American world - one that is ushering in the dominance of China. Mr. Obama is fostering U.S. economic and military decline while simultaneously empowering Beijing's rise to superpower status. China's communists are on the march. Unless Americans wake up to the growing threat, both internal and external, our victory in the Cold War will have been useless. Published November 11, 2011

  • KUHNER: The liberal lynching of Herman Cain

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

Liberals are determined to destroy Herman Cain. The Republican presidential candidate is tied or ahead of the presumptive front-runner, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. He has been run- ning an anti-establishment, insurgent campaign that champions sweeping tax reform and a pro-growth agenda. He is a Southern populist who touts his private-sector experience. He also is an authentic black conservative. For this, he is being politically lynched by liberals in the media. All that's missing is the noose and the tree. Published November 4, 2011

  • KUHNER: Obama's Arab winter

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

President Obama is empowering radical Islam across the Arab world. He is presiding over both the American decline and the rapid advance of our mortal jihadist enemies. From the Middle East to North Africa, the Arab Spring has turned into an Islamist winter. Contrary to the administration's claims, the popular uprisings have not led to a "rebirth of freedom" - the emergence of liberal democracies in distant Arab lands. Rather, Muslim fundamentalists have used street protests against corrupt, autocratic regimes as a Trojan horse to expand Islamic militancy. Published October 25, 2011

  • KUHNER: The United States of Mexico?

By Jeffrey T. Kuhner - The Washington Times

American students now pledge allegiance to Mexico. They sing its national anthem. And it is sanctioned by the state of Texas. Sound absurd? It is. Last month in a Spanish class at Achieve Early College High School in McAllen, Texas, students recited the Mexican pledge of allegiance and were instructed to memorize the Mexican anthem. Moreover, they had to wear red, white and green - the colors of the Mexican flag - as they fulfilled their class assignment. Public high schools no longer promote American patriotism, but they are doing a superb job of cultivating loyalty to Mexico. Published October 20, 2011
