The new game is an expansion of two universes – the original Marvel comic books and the new Paramount Pictures movie directed by Kenneth Branagh. Tying these two worlds together are actors like Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston, who provided voice acting and their likenesses for the game’s feuding brothers Thor and Loki. And to bring those likenesses, and the rest of the world, to the interactive realm Liquid Entertainment turned to a game engine they’re very familiar with.

Do you guys remember those "Choose Your Own Adventure Books?" When I went into my local bookstore over the past weekend, I saw them sitting there on an endcap. R.L. Stein had his hand at these when I was in grade school with the Goosebumps version. It scared the living daylights out of me. Luckily for us, or least myself, Activision and developer Beenox are staying far away from ventriloquist dummies and are turning their to attention to something in the arachnid family.

Hal Jordan and I have something in common. Both of our rings glow green--while his turns him into The Green Lantern, mine is a symbolic representation of 200,000 green ones stuffed into the pockets of a liberal arts education system. And like Hal Jordan I may turn into the evil villan Parallax and refuse to answer the phone when my college comes 'acallin asking for donations. Mwahahah.
