Delays. If you have a complaint about your flight being delayed, cancelled or postponed then you must take that up with the airline with which you booked. Unfortunately, we at NATS can’t provide any information on decisions taken by airlines about the operation of their aircraft.

Airport operations. If you are concerned about whether an airport is operating or not, for example in adverse weather conditions, then you must contact the airport for information (see below for links details).

Airspace developments. NATS is required under our licence from the Civil Aviation Authority to ensure the safety and efficiency of the UK airspace system. We conduct a rolling programme of airspace development where we believe change is necessary in order to maintain safety and reduce delay as air traffic continues to grow.
