  • Pay when you pick up the product. A credit card is required to process the online deposit, but you can pay with any valid payment method in store, such as cash, debit card, EB Games Gift Card and even trading your old games!

How to PickUp@Store a Preorder

Just add eligible preorders to your cart using the "Add to Cart" button. When asked to select a shipping method during the checkout process, you'll have the option to "Pickup In Store".

We will automatically recommend the closest EB Games store to your delivery address that you entered on the 'Address' step of the checkout, however, you can choose any EB Games store from the "Select store to pick:" drop down menu.


Payment

We will take an initial deposit from your credit card when you place your order online. You will be required to pay the balance the store when you pick up the product.

Our stores accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. EB Games Gift Cards, ATM or debit cards are also accepted. If paying by credit or debit card, both the card and the authorized user of the card must be present.

Required at Time of Pickup

For identification purposes at the time of pickup, please bring a copy of your order confirmation page or email and a valid driver's license or other government-issued identification.


Availability

PickUp@Store for Preorders is available only on select products that we anticipate will be stocked in all stores and delivered on roughly the same date.


Changes to Your Preorder

To cancel or change a PickUp@Store Preorder, please contact the store at least 24 hours after your order has been placed. You must visit the store in person to cancel your preorder. Your ebgames.com.au order status will not reflect these changes.


Product Pickup

As release dates change frequently, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee arrival dates. You will be contacted by the store, at the phone number you provide, when the product arrives and is available for pickup.


PickUp@Store Preordering Deadline

The ability to select PickUp@Store for Preorders is removed 48 hours before the product release date, so preorder early!


Item Limits

EB Games reserves the right to limit quantities preordered and may cancel preorders at its discretion.


Promotional Bonus Items

Some preordered products are bundled with promotional bonus items, such as Downloadable Content Cards, T-Shirts and other promotional items. Quantities of promotional items are limited, so you should check with your local store for availability. For high-value bonus items available before the release of a product, like a free game with a preorder, you may be required to place an additional deposit at your local store.

Standard Shipping
Fast and reliable, but a bit slower than Express Shipping. Great if you’re not in a hurry!
Express Shipping
Warp-speed delivery! Need that hot new game NOW? This is the option for you!
Your order contains one or more items that are available now, as well as one or more items that are not yet avaiable.
