@Anoush13 You can't really make that kind of determination from a demo.

This game rocks. I just finished GOW 3, then put this in and it stands against it quite well. The levels aren't linear in their design so there's always opportunities to sneak up on your foes and the firefights are downright awesome. I also find that even though I'm playing the game with a npc he seems to do quite well by himself......I'm actually killing fewer people than he is??? I think when I'm done I'll write a review on this one. :)

ChessBlaze25 6 pts

One of the best Co-op game ive play with my sis!

DeViLzzz 91 pts

I am not one who likes 3rd person shooters usually but I can see my son and I having some fun with this game in coop. I like the graphics and the ability to modify your weapons so much. I know my son will like that aspect of it and so it will be interesting to see all the combinations we can come up with. I think we will be playing this in due time.

mtait01 148 pts

looks like fun, i really didnt like the first one though. but there again i loved kane and lynch 2 after disliking the first also I will grab this very soon :D

Sixshooter13 5 pts

This game was fun. I didn't play the multiplayer much, but the single player campaign is cool. It is sorta short though.

elmoro47 5 pts

o and i really want to know are the graphics any good?

elmoro47 5 pts

HELP! dont know whether to get this game or not, is it worth getting and would i still find players online? also are there any expansion packs or downloadable content available for this game? Would appreciate any advice and if you recommend it let me know why Thanks in advance for any help

This would definitely be in my list of the top 10 most underrated games ever! I only wish the weapon upgrade system was as accessible as in the 1st game and better, more fleshed out consequences to the good/bad decisions taken, a great game overall and a must own for action shooter fans.

brickdoctor 14 pts

Underrated game if you ask me. I had a lot of fun playing it. Major improvement over the original.

Lets c...this game is great..tru not much online stuff to do,but i find myself going 4 replays, going online to shoot enemies and a good game to have if u ever have a friend over. Since it's CoOp based it's a nice game to play in the future. First time you play it is great, i went through a few reruns(at least half a dozen hours or so) then stopped, but many times i just turned on my Ps3 popped in this game and started playing on my favorite campaign level. A nice game to have for sure.

JonathanGudeman 5 pts

It is like a 9.0. I got this game 3 days ago and it's amazing. I haven't beat it yet but it sure is awesome.

Anoush13 5 pts

I just played the demo about an hour ago and I had a blast. The only question left in my head is why the hell did this game get a 7.5? Seemed more like an 8.5 or a 9.0 to me.

scouttrooperbob 5 pts

me and my friend are playing the first one and love it. great co-op experience

justinh12345678 5 pts

should i rent this or Prince of Persia:TFS?

Albino494 5 pts

looks like extremely fun carnage, so thats a definate rental for me, due to the fact that its only about 6 hours long :( looks really fun though! wont bother with the first one

shakeel555 5 pts

GAmespot never gives a proper rating

DylanRobles 5 pts

Yeah, you would think it got at least an 8 or 8.5... I think a 7.5 seems a little brutal.

konn3r 5 pts

if i watched the review without seeing the rating i would guess you gave it a 8.5 but you gave it a 7.5. The review doesn't match the rating

ermac1986 5 pts

This deserved a better review. I mean the guns are FULLY customizable. Tell me that's not awesome. And comparing it to the first piece of garbage this one really seemed like it was totally revamped. The gameplay is far more sophisticated. My only complaint was how short the campaign was...

snake8304 9 pts

this is a really good game, good as gear of war .

UltimateBohab 6 pts

i really liked the split-screen mode on the first one

acsam12304 5 pts

wait this game got a 7.5?... but the review sounded like the game was a 8.0-9.0

tkpanda 5 pts

its worst then the priginal, its so stupid

SylvanMidget 5 pts

I really hope I can get around to playing this game in the near future. It looks really fun, but I agree with shani_boy101 There is too many games coming out, and ones that I missed that I would play before this. ugh, I need to sign up for GameFly or something.

raven98030 9 pts

Now I must buy this game hope I can find it use money is tight now

Anarchist93 5 pts

i played the demo wid my bro, it was pretty cool, teaming up and killing together. kinda felt like part of the game but the graphics arent so good. sbut i'll have to play the whole campaign to know ways its really like

2prize 5 pts

Am the only one who think the graphics are really good?

Ryans273 5 pts

i take it you dont have to have played the 1st one to play this??? i dosent continue on or anything does it??

Terrencec06 6 pts

The game is pretty fun......Online is great but laggy at times. Spot on review. Good Rental.

hjm0916 5 pts

dissapointment, the game play is like the first, but ill give the customizeability a thump ub, diamond grenade ftw.

Genesis09 5 pts

Hey morons, I over her, disparaging your mother lmfao

Fatmanfatman123 5 pts

Its about $20 to much overpriced, but a heck of a lot better than the first! i"m still buying it

ermac1986 5 pts

I like how they spoiled one of the decisions. The review however is pretty on the mark, though. I do think they really didn't put enough emphasis on HOW MUCH BETTER this one was than the first Army of Two, which was almost unplayable to me. I mean you can go down the list and just observe every issue they fixed from the first game. I'll wait until it's $30 or so to buy.

Ronin893 6 pts

I'll purchase at a later date. If it came out in December than I might of gotten it with a deal.

shani_boy101 26 pts

looks fun but there are way too many awesome games coming out in the next 2 months to even consider purchasing this.

siddesh267 5 pts

My friends and i love playing co-op games split screen. We're having a great time playing this game. But is it worth 60$?? NaaaH!!!

guile_charlie 5 pts

I agree with fanirama, games that don't have at least 10-12hours of gameplay should be discounted. I would buy this game if it were released for $39.99. But, then again, beyond the short campaign, the game would also be worth it if it were a little better, haha.

bigjohn1469 5 pts

I have this game and it is fantastic. To me there is no problems except for the mask creator, which isn't even a big deal in the first place. To me this is a breath of fresh air into the 3rd person shooter genre and is one of the best shooters of 2010 hands down.

fanirama 22 pts

Looks good. But 5-6 hours gameplay ? Thats terrible. Its like only twice or thrice of RavenSquad which had 2 hour gameplay and was berated. I think there needs to be a bill of rights that force like min. 12 hours gameplay for a $60 game. 6 hour gameplay games should be $30 max. even with its MP.

hagemann 5 pts

Great review by Chris Watters. I haven't seen any of his other reviews, but he's got a knack for the genre. Keep up the good work, Chris.

moorefeus 6 pts

This game looks nice. I'll add to my list.

laofuzi300 5 pts

i didn't play the first yet. i think i will try this one first.

Hellknite190 8 pts

I thought it was a great game. The only problem is trying to find a good partner to play with.

bostadskontrakt 11 pts

well it seem like a rather shootie shooter. lol thats good i guess
