'PLL' Shocker! Can We 'Talk?'

Alison hasn't appeared to one of the girls in a dream in a while, so what better way to start the episode? Ali talks with Spencer and tells her that everything she needs is right in front of her and that the girls are getting warmer. Before she leaves, Ali takes a few pain pills "for the road" and ironically, Spencer wakes up the next day to an open medicine bottle and an open door. Did she just forget to close the bottle and did the door just happen to open by itself? Or was Alison really there?!

The girls keep stumbling upon clue after clue and eventually they take a trip to the doll shop in Brookhaven. The lady who works there doesn't seem to know very much, but the little kid, Seth, can't seem to shut up. He knows that Alison (with dark hair) was at the doll hospital, that a man and a woman (with dark hair) wanted to hurt her and even that Ali was buried alive. This little kid knows things that only the liars know after going through an extreme amount of detective work.

On top of everything else being revealed in Rosewood, Aria has to deal with her parents' idea to send her off to boarding school. To get her parents to back off, she proposes to tell the dean of Hollis that her dad was dating a student. Man, irony really does run in the family. Boarding school is taken off the table, but Ella is very disappointed in her daughter for her threatening to expose her father. I'm glad that Aria is starting to stand up for herself, but I wasn't expecting this. Well, Ezra is fired from Hollis and he's planning to return to his parents' place to regroup and to find a new job. Teaching is what he loves, and that's what Ezra wants to do. After their deep conversation, Aria and Ezra take their relationship to a whole new level.

Because the girls believe Melissa is A, they have a plan to catch her sending a text. Emily follows Melissa who eventually catches Caleb kissing Mona (did that really happen?!). Then, Hanna gets a text about sharing everything with her BFF. That means Melissa is A, right? I don't think it's that easy. Spencer finally gets the courage to show her sister the NAT Club video. I think Spencer is hoping that her sister has a good explanation, but Melissa just turns the tables. If she takes the video to the police, then Melissa thinks they would find some videos of Spencer and her friends very informative as well. Man, threats are flying left and right in Rosewood!

Jenna takes the patch off her eye in hopes that the surgery was successful, but it turns out she still can't see. She becomes overwhelmingly emotional and apologizes to all of the liars for holding a grudge and for hating them. Then, acting like she doesn't know what it is, Jenna shows Toby page 5 of the autopsy report and tells him that Garrett told her it was important and to keep it safe. They turn the page in to the police and Garrett (who was at the Hastings house kissing Melissa) was arrested. To be blind, Jenna is an exceptionally good puppeteer! Oh wait, she isn't blind. Either the surgery is actually successful or she's been able to see all along (because it seems to me like she can see out of both eyes). My money is on the latter.

Finally, the girls have a plan to show the kid at the doll hospital the NAT Club video to see if he recognizes the people who wanted to hurt Alison. When they get to the shop, the door is unlocked, but it seems no one is there. They make their way downstairs and hear a creepy voice saying "Follow me, end up like me." The liars open a cabinet to find a blonde doll buried in dirt with a shovel next to her. When dolls and shelves start falling everywhere, the girls run out of the doll shop, but I don't think they left without useful information. To make things even crazier, at the end of the episode, we see A paying off the lady who works at the doll shop with money and he/she gives Seth a lollipop. The little kid tells lies for a creepy person in a black hoodie for a lollipop?!

Jenna can see, Garrett has been arrested for Alison's murder, Melissa doesn't seem too happy with her sister and according to Alison, the girls have everything they need right in front of them. A Day is next Monday at 8 p.m. Don't miss it!
