Coming this October is another compilation DVD release showcasing Cartoon Network's most popular original animated programming. Having made an extraordinary push for original titles over the past couple of years, Cartoon Network and related media partners have scored a few surprises successes to tag along with its initial core programming in order to offer animation fans and other television viewers alike entertainment like never before. This fall season, Cartoon Network's highest rated animated television programming will have select episodes picked from their catalogue and distributed as a compilation domestic release just before the holiday season kicks into high gear.

Cartoon Network is the #1 ad-supported cable network in primetime when it comes to hitting its mark with the Kids 6-11 and Boys 6-11 demographics. And as such, the Cartoon Network Christmas: Volume Three DVD release looks to please the channel's most devoted fans. Containing five episodes of the most popular and relatable animated television series' on the network, Cartoon Network Christmas: Volume Three as presented by Cartoon Network and Warner Home Video, is currently scheduled to go on sale beginning October 3rd, 2006 for only $14.98. The runtime for this domestic release is 107 minutes. Episodes to be made available on the DVD will include:

The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy -- "Billy & Mandy Save Christmas" -- To prove to Billy and Mandy that Santa Claus is real, Grim takes them to the North Pole where they find Mrs. Claus and the elves, but no Santa. They quickly discover there's been a terrible accident--Santa Claus has been turned into a vampire.

Codename Kids Next Door -- "Operation N.A.U.G.H.T.Y" -- When the North Pole is attacked and Santa's gift-giving device, the R.E.I.N.D.E.E.R. 4000, is stolen, all clues point to the Kids Next Door. Now, Numbuhs One through Five must defend themselves against an elite squad of super-powered elves while trying to discover who set them up before every Christmas present in the world is turned into coal.

Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends -- "Store Wars" -- It's Madame Foster's birthday! But when Frankie makes an attempt to take a simple trip to the mall, Bloo and the other imaginary friends tag along and are this caregiver's worst nightmare.

Camp Lazlo -- "Snow Beans" -- The Beans Scouts and the Squirrel Scouts go skiing and Lazlo and Lumpus discover that the mountain isn't big enough for the both of them.

Ed, Edd n Eddy -- "In Like Ed" -- Kevin knows too much. Eddy is convinced he must be a spy. Ed, Edd, and Eddy set up an "agency" to track Kevin's movements. The Eds soon realize that everybody knows more than they do. Eddy vows to foil Kevin's sinister plan, if the Eds could only find out what it is.
