We’re looking for a creative and results-focused new Digital Account Director to join our team. If you’re a talented, driven and downright brilliant digital marketer who thrives on relationship building, being forward-thinking and solution-finding, then we’d love to hear from you.

Based in central London, Found is a multi-award winning team of switched-on digital marketing professionals with a passion for online and a thirst for results. We’ve been delivering successful and innovative digital marketing campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands for over six years. Working across search, mobile and social media, you’ll be working in a fun and rewarding environment with the chance to learn from some of the best in the business.

So what’s the role?

Working with major UK brands, you’ll be responsible for driving strategy and implementation across paid search, SEO, social media and mobile campaigns incorporating a range of industries including travel, retail and finance.

What will my responsibilities be?

• Providing highly responsive service and expert guidance to clients, to cultivate client retention and growth – and ensuring they continue to love us!

• Coordinating internal teams to deliver top-notch campaigns which drive measurable, successful results.

• Utilising a range of analytical tools to provide in-depth insight to clients as well as intelligence across the business for campaign optimisation and expansion.

• Ownership of estimating, scheduling, budget management and invoicing.

• Supporting ongoing business development activity; involvement in digital pitches & credential meetings.

• Providing inspiring leadership to a team of three Account Managers.

What skills do I need to have?

• Solid experience as a digital account director within a digital or media agency (we will consider senior account managers with relevant experience).

• Lively leadership style and ability to motivate and share knowledge with a dynamic Account Management team.

• Solid all-round knowledge of digital marketing, with a specific knowledge of SEO and PPC campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• A high standard of written and spoken communication.

• Excellent organisational and time management ability.

Anything else?

• Ability to hit the ground running, in a busy team servicing ambitious clients.

• Fantastic drive and enthusiasm, with strong negotiation skills and an engaging and dynamic personality to boot!

• Solution-finding is your forte – you can quickly get to the bottom of what clients really want and need, and deliver it.

• You’re an opportunity-spotter, with a passion to always learn and deliver more.

• It goes without saying that you’re an Excel whizz and you love to analyse numbers and interpret data.

• You’re super creative and inquisitive, with a passion for being at the forefront of digital marketing.

The Package:

• Up to £45k inclusive of bonus (DOE) (Neg)

• 23.5 days holiday, including your birthday off and half day Christmas shopping
