Being the new girl at school is never easy, just ask Momo Adachi. With her golden hair and tan, toned body, you would think she'd have a pretty easy time of it. But when your "best friend' spends most of her day trying to show you up, going after anything you want, you can't be too careful...This is Peach Girl, based on the manga by Miwa Ueda and fresh on the DVD shelves for 2007. Peach Girl is the story of Momo Adachi, a drop-dead gorgeous high school student who's trying to make friends in a new school. Unfortunately, her best friend spends most of her time spreading rumors about Momo and while everyone thinks that Momo is a wild party girl, the reality is that she's just shy and lonely. To make matters worse, Momo has a crush on her classmate, Toji, but does she dare tell him or just wait for her best friend Sae try to steal him away too? It's high school drama at its best, with a little romance thrown in for good measure.
