One of the big games of 2011 is getting its own Web series. Dragon Age II, the new role-playing game (RPG) from BioWare and Electronic Arts, will be supported by a six-part online Web series called “Dragon Age: Redemption.” This all-new series is based in the Dragon Age universe and created by Felicia Day, the "Buffy the Vampire Hunter" actress and  force behind the blockbuster web series “The Guild.” Scheduled to premiere this summer, “Dragon Age: Redemption” is set in the same time period as BioWare’s Dragon Age II. One of the big games of 2011 is being developed in Burbank, California at Insomniac Games. The game is set in an alien-occupied America. The action takes place four years after the epic conclusion of Resistance 2. Dishonorably discharged Sentinel Joseph Capelli is in hiding from the invading Chimeran menace with a pocket of survivors, including his new wife and young son. But when Dr. Fyodor Malikov arrives with a desperate plan, he sets into motions the events of Resistance 3.
