ARLINGTON, Texas - The East beat the West on two Chris Bosh free throws with five seconds left to win the 2010 NBA All-Star Game in front of a record crowd of 108,713 at the new Cowboys Stadium. That crowd is the largest audience ever to watch a single basketball game according to the Guinness Book of World Records. Typical basketball arenas seat between 15,000 and 20,000 fans so the number of fans at this All-Star Game was over five times larger. The previous record for the largest crowd to watch a basketball game was 78,129, set for a college game between Kentucky and Michigan State at Detroit's Ford Field on December 13, 2003.
