Turner Entertainment Networks (TEN) has promoted David Wolkis to vice president of production for TNT and TBS Originals. In this role, the Los Angeles-based Wolkis will continue to oversee production of original series, original movies and specials, including developing and executing production strategy, production schedules, budgets and relationships with Turner’s studio partners and talent.
