News: Xenoblade Set For September

Voice actor of the upcoming Wii epic RPG reveals release month for Europe.

After being confirmed for a European release at the start of the month, fans have eagerly awaited when they can get their hands on a title that they've wondered will even get a release outside of Japan.

But voice actor Peter Dickson, who voices the role of Emperor Sorea in the title has said on his Twitter account that the title will hit European store in September. So far nothing has been mentioned about a US release just yet. The full tweet can be found below.

Just finished my voice acting on Xenoblade Chronicles The Biggest RPG for the Wii. I play emperor Sorean the emperor of high Entia. Out Sep

The title is also set for both English and Japanese voice overs.

This is so awesome, I'm finding it hard to believe this right now. Much earlier than expected. :D

@ LinkofTime

Yeah, I got the same thing here; I thought this game wouldn't be out at least until the end of this year, but I'm happy to find out I'm wrong.

I'm just glad there's another great game for Wii, next to Skyward Sword, that's going to be released this year. Now all we can hope for is that F-Zero and StarFox will be announced this E3.

Actually, I kinda hope F-zero will be for Wii's successor instead. Not sure the Wii can handle four players locally in an online race with 26 others... Least not as well as I hope. And HD and 60fps really would be sweet for that one.

Those 26 others don't effect it much, as 99% of the time you just see them as little lensflares a mile away :P
Its online that would be near impossible.

September: Xenoblade Chronicles
October: The Last Story
November: Star Fox Armada
December: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

This is what my crystal balls tell me

I'd be elated to be corrected, but I don't think Nintendo have ever gone back to using a scrapped name, so I don't think Star Fox Armada is on the cards :p

You do realise that if that'll happen, you'll have to wait a pretty long time, don't you? Nintendo isn't planning on making Wii's successor any time soon, as the Wii is currently doing pretty well.
