To comply with Federal election law and the regulations of the Federal Election Commission, we are required to make our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle. On registration, sign-up and contribution forms on Newt 2012 we may ask for your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, bank account information, email address and/or IM address as well as the name of the person who referred you to the site. This is done in order to credit those who are organizing volunteer support or fundraising for Newt 2012. We may obtain information about you from outside sources and add it to or combine it with the information we collect through this site. We are committed to protecting your privacy online.
