Pocket-lint Podcast #66 - Christmas special

22 December 2011 16:38 GMT / By Rik Henderson

It's Christmas time, there's no need to be afraid. At Christmas time, we let in light and we banish shade. We also present a special edition of the Pocket-lint Podcast where the team looks at the top tech stories from 2011. Oh yes.

Rik Henderson, Chris Hall and Dan Sung look at the impact the late Steve Jobs had on the world of gadgets and life in general, and discuss such topics as the rise and fall of Android Honeycomb, and Google's acquisition of Motorola. Plus, BlackBerry's supposed involvement in the UK riots comes under our steely gaze, and we reveal the biggest news story of the year; it may not be what you think.

The team also look at the gadgets they'll each be using to ensure that Christmas Day goes smoothly, and what games they hope to catch up on over the festive break.

So, join the team for a big bearded podcast, that's more "that's the sound of reindeer" than "that's the sound of rain, dear".
