As GT said, U3 delivers an ace experience across the board. GOW 3 was also amazing so I would have had no qualms regardless of which one won.

Uncharted 3 is basically a 3rd person shooter game. I'd choose Gears 3 for this award but I'm okay with U3 winning this.

I'm a huge fan of the Uncharted series but I really wished Dead Space 2 would have won. UC3 feels more of a 3rd person platformer. I also wouldn't have minded if Gears won that was a good game, my only beef with that game was the end of the campaign and how everything got resolved.

Still say Uncharted 3 is as much as an Action Adventure game as it is a 3ed person shooter.

Uncharted 3 deserves this!! nice choice!! Gears of war 3 was a great game! But the final is a little dissapoiting. And Dead Space 2, the multiplayer sucks.
