Here's how it works:

Pick your item(s)

Locate your item you wish to purchase and ensure it is 'Eligable for PickUp@Store'. Proceed through the checkout until you reach the 'Shipping' section.

Pick your store

Once you reach the Shipping section, select the 'Pickup In Store' option followed by the store you wish to pick your product up from. Then follow the prompts to complete your online order.

We'll hold your item(s)

Once your order is placed, the nominated store will hold on to your items for you to collect on release date.

Pick up your goods

With photo ID in hand, head in to your nominated EB Games store and let them know you have an item being held for you.
