Piranha 3D director plans to blast his Psycho Gun after filming "Horns"
It's been a while since we had an update on the Space Adventure Cobra film directed by Alexandre Aja (Piranha 3D, The Hills Have Eyes, High Tension), but word of the shoot popped up again today via The Hollywood Reporter. Last month we reported that Colin Firth was offered the role of the villain in Spike Lee's version of Oldboy, based on the manga by Garon Tsuchiya and Nobuaki Minegishi. However, now Twitch reports that Firth has officially passed on the project. More after the jump.

Sci-Fi Anime and Manga Inform Art Installation
Artist Lee Barker's Refractive Monolith is a colored pyramid that has been created out of 10,000 meters of acrylic yarn. In creating the piece for The Future Tense's Spectra exhibition Baker looked to manga and anime such as Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis and Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira. Check it out after the jump.

Everyone was rightfully excited when Xenoblade Chronicles was finally announced for North American release last week, but there are still more titles Wii fans are pining for.
