Jamie's Great Britain has sold 59,156 copies in the week ending December 17, according to Nielsen BookScan data. The TV chef has sold 319,217 copies of the book in the past three months.
It is Oliver's fourth time at the top of the charts, having taken number one last year with Jamie's 30-Minute Meals, which was also the best-selling title of 2010.
He also came top in 2005 with Jamie's Italy and in 2001 with Happy Days with the Naked Chef.
Second place in the Christmas chart goes to Guinness World Records 2012, which sold 55,392 copies last week.
It is followed by Where's The Meerkat?, a Where's Wally?-style picture book.
Fellow TV chef Lorraine Pascale's Home Cooking Made Easy is fourth, followed by The Help by Kathryn Stockett, which has been adapted into a film and is the only adult fiction in the top 10.
The biography of the late Apple founder Steve Jobs is sixth, followed by Diary Of A Wimpy Kid, from the Cabin Fever series by children's author Jeff Kinney.
A third cook book, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Veg Everyday is eighth, followed by Frozen Planet at nine.
The World of Downton Abbey, a 'comprehensive guide' to the ITV drama series created by Julian Fellowes, is in 10th place.
The Life of Lee, the memoirs of cherished comedian Lee Evans, has been the best-selling celebrity autobiography of the festive season.
