FEATURED WRITERS
We'd like to invite you to become one of our featured writers. Featured writers have their own page on our site listing their past stories, along with a short bio. When they submit stories, their pictures will be published on our main page, a defining feature of our site.

Though we have more than 3,000 citizen reporters in over 110 countries, featured writers are a select few -- about 20. They are highly committed to our site by sending solid stories at a consistent rate.

The selection process may appear somewhat subjective, but our editors are doing their best to review submissions closely and accurately.

Here's a tip:
To catch the eye of the editors, you'll need to show an ability to convey complex topics with clear analysis. An easy-to-read, distinctive voice is also essential. Featured writers' stories tend to be longer than 600 words.
