The OXM Report - Trials Evolution

On your bike, Mike - OXM visits Redlynx in Finland

There's absolutely tonnes in Trials Evolution HD. Oodles, even. Outdoor environments. Ghost files. Levels that mess with the physics as you traverse them. Water hazards. An editor. A community platform for sharing levels.

To help you distinguish one new feature from the next, here's another helping of the OXM Report featuring Antti Ilvessuo, creative director at Red Lynx. Mike flew all the way to Finland to conduct this particular chat. Look out for more on the game in issue 78, out 30th September.

  1. Loving the OXM report on this!

I'm properly hyped for this one. The original T:HD took over my gaming life and was the cause of many (almost) smashed controllers but that was the beauty of it! The new feature set on this one could have just stopped with the multiplayer but no, the devs have done us proud with all of the other improvements. Bring it on!!!!

Agreed. I think I wore out the back button on my controller with Trials HD. Instant restarts were one of the reasons that I played this game till the sun came up on far too many occasions. With the multitude of amazing tracks, awesome level editor and friends scoreboard ir was my top played game for some time. And that was just the first one!
This looks set to become a major part of my game playing. Can't wait to get my hands on that pro level editor and see what I can come up with!! :-)
