RSC Anderlecht visited Zulte Waregem at the Regenboog Stadium on Saturday 26th November 2011. Traditionally not an easy task for the team from Brussels and this showed as the Purple & White were down 2-0 after an hour worth of play. Sporting, however, turned the tide during the final stages of the match and turned a loss into a win in five minutes’ time. First a header by Marcin Wasilewski went in and substitute Tom De Sutter took the victory for Anderlecht with two goals in three minutes’ time.

26-11Purple & White U-21 draw 3-3 against Cercle Bruges

The Purple & White U-21 took on Cercle Bruges at the Koning Boudewijn Stadium on Friday 25th November 2011. The team from West-Flanders - ranked last on the U-21 league table - kept Sporting Anderlecht on a 3-3 draw.

26-11Technical staff visit Ronald Vargas

RSC Anderlecht’s technical staff visited Ronald Vargas, who received a heavy knee injury at the beginning of the Cup match against Rupel Boom today, Wednesday 23rd November 2011. Unfortunately, Besnik Hasi and Filip De Wilde could not be there. Hasi is taking a coaching course and De Wilde was leading a keeping training in Neerpede.

26-11RSC Anderlecht beat Sint-Truiden 3-1

RSC Anderlecht took on the tormented Sint-Truiden on Sunday 20th November 2011. The team from Sint-Truiden are at the bottom of the league table and also lost at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium. The match ended in a 3-1 win for RSCA thanks to goals by Marcin Wasilewski and Matias Suarez (2). The Purple & White also remain in the lead thanks to this victory.
