Lean Back is a dance and a song by Terror Squad, a hip hop group from The Bronx. This is a simple dance in which the feet may be stationary as the shoulders (arms may remain by the sides of the body) alternate forward and backward in a rocking motion. This movement is accompanied by bending forward and backward at the waist, exaggerating the backward leaning motion.
