Maintaining freedom online 'remains a challenge'

The British Foreign Secretary William Hague has convened a major international Conference on Cyberspace, and has urged a "global co-ordinated response" to the threat from cyber security attacks.

He told Click's Richard Taylor that he hopes governments will be able to work together to ensure acceptable norms of behaviour in cyberspace.
