As well as our own shows, Sheffield City Hall and Sheffield Arena events are available to book online, by Phone on 0114 249 6000 or direct from our Box Office at the Crucible Theatre.

We are pleased to announce you can now purchase tickets for all Sheffield Theatres performances and shows at Sheffield City Hall and Motorpoint Arena through our Box Office. To book on the phone, please call 0114 249 6000 or book in-person at our Box Office, situated in the Crucible Theatre.

On right hand side of the show page, there are a list of performances under 'Performances'. Please click the 'book online' link on the show you wish to purchase tickets for.

If tickets are sold out for a particular performance, you may be reverted back to the home page without warning. If this should happen, you can call the box office to try to get returns.

There are strictly no refunds on tickets unless a show is cancelled. If you are unable to use your tickets we can exchange them to a different day of the same performance if they are returned to the box office by 12 noon on the day of the event. We charge £1.00 per ticket for this service. However we cannot exchange snooker tickets.

All telephone bookings are subject to a £1.50 fee and internet bookings are subject to a £1.00 fee.

We can offer to resell tickets once the performance has sold out. Tickets will need to be brought back to the box office and we charge £1.00 per ticket for this service. Please contact the box office on 0114 249 6000 for more details.

Please ensure that you do not use the 'back' button during the booking process; this might cause your booking to cancel without warning.

Where possible we make concession tickets available to purchase online. We regularly check concession status and we reserve the right to do this on any bookings.

Please note that children over the age of 12 months require a ticket.

Please note: If you choose the 'Collect from Box Office' option, you may need to present both the credit/debit card used to make the booking as well as the order number.

We are currently unable to accept online bookings with special requirements. If you have special requirements, or have any queries regarding your booking, please contact the box office directly.

Some patrons may find the leg room restrictive in the balcony areas. For any access issues, please contact the Box Office.

The Box Office is located in the Crucible foyer. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 8pm. The Box Office will close at 6pm on dates without performances.

Group Bookings are available Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm by calling 0114 249 6060. We regret we do not have Mini-Com facility, but welcome calls via a Mini-Com operator.

Please note: tickets collected at the box office must be signed for by the card holder of the debit/credit card used to make the booking. You will also need booking order number issued when the booking was made.

If you have any special access requests, please mention these when booking. We will be happy to allocate seating suitable to your requirements and offer any applicable discounts available for the performance.

We offer a wide range of concessions and discounts for selected shows. Please speak to a member of Box Office for more information.

Concessions: £2.50 off for Senior Citizens, registered unemployment, disabled, full time students (NUS) and children under 16.

Groups: £3.00 off top two prices for groups of 10 or more, £4.00 off top two prices for groups of 25 or more. Call 0114 249 6060 for more information.

Schools: £10.00 tickets for full time education groups of 10 or more. One free supervisory ticket for every 10 bought.

Centre Stage Members: £3.50 off for all Sheffield Theatres members Mon - Sat evenings. Prestige Club and concession members can also claim this discount on matinees.

Live for Five: £5.00 tickets for selected performances of Sheffield Theatres productions for 16-26 year olds (subject to availability). 

East Midlands Trains First Time Fridays: To celebrate our 40th year, there are 40 tickets available for 40p on each Friday performance in the Crucible Theatre throughout the birthday year for people who have never booked for a production at the Crucible before. Simply contact the Box Office to book your tickets. 

All offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount type applies per tickets. Proof of status must be shown.
