An event in Cambridge is promising to show local businesses why social media could be their saviour.
Organised by Histon-based social media marketing company Social Media Frontiers, the event aims to highlight what social media can do for business.
“Most business-to-business companies either think social media is not worth investing in or they just can’t see the return on investment of social media,” said Social Media Frontiers managing director Mili Ponce.
“But companies are managed and run by real people who are sociable, enjoy conversing and value authentic relationships – and more than 70 per cent of these people are on social media.
“It’s been said that a single successful interaction with a single person who influences a multimillion-dollar deal can often justify social media investments.”
The event is being held at 10.30am on November 15 at St John’s Innovation Centre. For more information, go to www.socialmediafrontiers.com/events.php

It's great that this company is organising such an event. I've found out through using it for my business that there is an incredible potential in social media for businesses and organisations and it's good to see a Cambridge company leading the way!
