Telenor Satellite Broadcasting own and operates satellites THOR 5 and THOR 6, positioned at the hotspot location, 1° West. We partly own the high-powered Intelsat 10-02 satellite, located at the same position.  Telenor Satellite Broadcasting has also moved its Thor III satellite to 4°West and established inclined service operations throughout the Middle East.   

Broadcasting through 1º West allows you access to the majority of the world’s -best known programming, including the BBC, CNN, MTV and Discovery. The line up includes approx. 700 TV and radio , broadcasted across the Nordic region and throughout Europe , specifically Central and Eastern Europe.

Telenor Satellite Broadcasting has also established inclined service operations from the orbital location at 4ºWest.
