Recommendations for a website/shop that will produce high quality card-mounted prints!

Hey everyone. I'm looking to make some card-mounted wall decoration using this guy's work:

http://deadendthrills.com/

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good website/shop that would be able to help with a professional job? Some of the images on that site can be downloaded in print media format. I live in Manchester if this helps!

Glad you're amused...

Me too! Long standing (well, not that long standing I suppose) in-joke. Pay it no mind.

When you get to over a million posts we'll tell you about a good place.

My Xmas presents to my mates this year are canvas prints of art from their favourite game, I thought I'd go with something more personal this year...

...and something I could do for nothing at work!

EDIT: I will use some of the stuff from deadendthrills.com myself, I had a sample of wallpaper in this week and it prints really nice so I may go for a big project...

Where do you work PermiaN? Very intrigued now!

Kow, you may not remember me, but I sure as heck-fire remember you. Did used to frequent the old board a while back, didn't post all that much, but observed quietly. Went by the name Professor Oblivion.

Well of course I remember you. Now get to those million posts.

I work for a local holiday site (they headhunted me!) and I have a Roland VS-640 Eco-Sol (64") printer, brilliant for doing your own projects!

It will print onto loads of different material so we can produce our own in-house canvas prints, wallpaper, banners as well as the the normal vinyl projects. I am waiting to sort out the stretcher bars before we start making our own canvas prints but we have the material, I took delivery of a 1370mm x 45m roll of natural canvas the other day, none of this cheap polyester rubbish for me!!!

If you decide to do a test print, use one of those P.N.03 shots and send it to me when you're done.

If you want me to do you a canvas sans the stretcher bars (which you can get yourself from here) I'm sure I can knock you one out and bung it in the post...

What you'll need to do is the following...

1. Let me know a finished size and stretcher bar size, either 18mm or 38mm.
2. Make sure you've got a decent staple gun to secure the canvas to the bars. No other fixings are needed for the bars as the canvas holds them together and the wedges makes the canvas tight (hence the stretcher bit).
3. Find a decent vid to show you how to fold the corners. (Loads on youtube)

...we haven't got any lacquer/sealant yet but our prints are really stable and only need lacquer to protect them from abuse, I have heard that hair spray works as a sealant if needed.

Also from that link you can order a sample and you will get 4 x 12" 38mm and 4 x 12" 18mm stretcher bars for FREE!
