Holiday Home Description

Casa Mirtillo is a welcoming villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Mirtillo you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. Casa Mirtillo is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.

You will be at a short distance from the center of Arola, where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), the stop for the EAV bus Vico Equense - Seiano line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the beach at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Casa Mirtillo from the street level along a short walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Mirtillo you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Terrace

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a deck chair and a swing. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.

Garden

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant gazebo and by a perfumed pergola, and there is a table to sit ten guests. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.

Living Room 1

The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are warm and elegant, and include some antique pieces. They include three sofas and four armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has two windows.

Living Room 2

You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The ceiling is vaulted and frescoed. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include two single divan beds. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Kitchen 1

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is vaulted and frescoed. The furnishings are comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is vaulted and frescoed. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The bathroom has a window with a view of the garden. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.

Kitchen 2
