Conditions of use:
The Lettre de la Photographie site can be consulted only in digital form using your computer and browsing software. Printing onto paper is not allowed in any form, even in the case of private copies for the exclusive use of the copier in accordance with Article L. 122-5-2 of the Intellectual Property Code. Any use not expressly referred to herein, or not authorised by a written agreement with La Lettre de la Photographie, is not accepted and will require our express prior agreement in writing.
Limitation of liability:
La Lettre de la Photographie endeavours to be accessible 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. However, the Lettre de la Photographie site cannot be held liable in the event of damage or of a temporary or permanent incident caused to users or to third parties when accessing the site, consulting its pages or more generally when transmitting or downloading files, consulting data or computer programmes comprising the site on their computer, and in particular, in the event of problems of force majeure, computer difficulties, difficulties associated with the telecommunications networks, technical difficulties, hosting difficulties or difficulties associated with the electrical network. The Lettre de la Photographie site is not liable for any fraudulent use of its broadcasting resources and disclaims any involvement in that connection.
