The entourage has left the building. An apartment once rented by Mark Wahlberg at storied 15 Central Park West has just closed for nearly $6,000 per square foot.

The 26th-floor condo closed for $16.5 million in an all-cash deal. That’s $5,976 per square foot for the 2,761-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom condo.

The seller is hotshot real estate lawyer Warren Estis of Rosenberg & Estis. The buyer is a “glamorous European woman who prefers to remain anonymous,” a source says. Kenneth Deutsch of Ken Deutsch Real Estate, who represented Estis, declined to comment.

O-Blige her

Saddle up. R&B diva Mary J. Blige has just listed her humongous, 25-room, 18,250-square-foot Saddle River, NJ, mansion for $13.9 million. She paid about $12 million for it in 2008.

The eight-bedroom, eight-plus bathroom home is on 4.2 acres. We hear the singer just bought a home in Beverly Hills, where she is shooting a movie.

Broker Dennis McCormack of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s, who has the Saddle River listing, could not be reached for comment.

Lots of Light

Actress Judith Light, now starring in Broadway’s “Lombardi,” is on the prowl for a posh Upper East Side pad. The actress, best known for her roles on “Who’s the Boss?” and “Ugly Betty,” was spotted checking out 136 E. 64th St., where she visited a $2.15 million, two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit in the 11-story prewar building. Light’s broker, Mark Weinstock of Spire Group, declined to comment.

No ‘Big’ deal

Rachel Uchitel might have been close to luring Chris Noth into bidding on her three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit at 77 Park Ave., which is listed for $1.95 million. But after Noth took a serious look at the 1,650-square-foot unit at the Griffon building in Murray Hill, he opted for a place closer to the CBS studio where he is shooting “The Good Wife,” a source says.

Uchitel, who received a settlement from Tiger Woods last year, bought the apartment for $1.625 million in the fall and listed it for sale with Sotheby’s Kate Meckler about a week ago. Uchitel is also offering it for rent for $8,900 per month — down from her previous $10,600 asking price.

Baldwin bouncing

Serial apartment hunter Alec Baldwin is at it again. The “30 Rock” star was spotted touring the $12.95 million penthouse at 22 Mercer St. over the weekend. The residence, a combo of two units into what the listing claims “will be the largest condo doorman penthouse downtown,” is 6,500 square feet with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Prudential Douglas Elliman listing brokers Richard Ball and Wilbur Gonzalez could not be reached for comment.

‘Idol’ chatter

Sanjaya Malakar, who wowed “American Idol” audiences and is making his NYC stage debut in Julianne Moore’s “Freckleface Strawberry,” is staying in a roomy two-bedroom unit on East 63rd Street while he’s in the city. A comparable two-bedroom in the building rented for $4,550 per month a few weeks ago.

That Carmelo Anthony agreed to walk through Zydrunas Ilgauskas’ $37,500-a-month townhouse at 24 Thompson St., after Ilgauskas, who plays for the Miami Heat, pitched it to Melo during a recent Knicks’ victory. The five-bedroom townhouse, represented by Josh Fields of Spire Group, is 5,000 square feet and has hoopster-friendly 15-foot ceilings . . . That Michele Kleier, Samantha Kleier-Forbes and Sabrina Kleier-Morgenstern of Gumley Haft Kleier and reality show “Selling New York” are throwing a party at the London NYC hotel on Monday to promote One Thousand Ocean, a Boca Raton condo development . . . That congratualations are in order for Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Raphael and Claudine De Niro, who just had their second child, Gabriella Rose.
