We’ve found Tracy Morgan!

The “30 Rock” star has just plunked down about $2.5 million to buy a gorgeous family home on Truman Drive in the Rio Vista subdivision in Cresskill, NJ. Morgan’s five-bedroom home comes with a lagoon pool and is right by Alpine, NJ, where residents include Yankee pitchers CC Sabathia and A.J. Burnett.

Listing broker Dennis McCormack of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s did not return phone calls.

We hear . . .

That 530 Park Ave., the Aby Rosen rental building that’s now going condo, has delivered its offering plan. . . . That Core broker Tom Postilio — of HGTV’s “Selling New York” and also a cabaret singer — is performing at Feinstein’s at the Loews Regency Hotel, just north of 530 Park Ave., from May 17 to May 21.

High design

Hi, High Line. Miami-based interior designer Charles Allem, on Architectural Digest’s AD100 list, is in contract to buy a 1,500-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the $2 million range at 245 10th Ave. The new Far West Chelsea building, near the elevated High Line park, has 18 units in its 11 stories. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Leonard Steinberg, in charge of sales and marketing at the building, declined to comment.

Allem’s home is near that of another high-profile High Line lover who splits time between Miami and New York. Entrepreneur Loren Ridinger, whose eight-bedroom condo was featured in The Post two weeks ago, lives at the Jean Nouvel-designed 100 11th Ave.

Game time

Extell Development’s Aldyn building has seen its share of Knicks activity lately. Carmelo Anthony’s business manager, Robert “Bay” Frazier, is renting a two-bedroom apartment at the new development on 60 Riverside Blvd. And ’Melo was sometimes crashing there before he rented at the less luxurious Hit Factory building on West 54th Street.

Plus, Amar’e Stoudemire just stopped by the Aldyn to shoot some hoops with a 5-year-old basketball whiz for yesterday’s episode of “Live! With Regis & Kelly.”

Meanwhile, ’Melo, sources say, is still on the hunt to buy — his current rental is helping him and wife La La decide whether they want to stay in the city or move to the ’burbs.

Azure action

The Azure condo building at 333 E. 91st St. is getting its close-up. Jerry Stiller, Dick Cavett and Christopher Lloyd have been spotted filming a movie, “Excuse Me for Living,” at the new development. Units there include a $5.68 million, four-bedroom, 3½-bathroom penthouse with 300 square feet of outdoor space. The 34-story building includes a game room, a lounge, a gym, two landscaped roof terraces and a playroom.

Time to cash out

Time Warner Center developer Kenneth Himmel seems bullish about selling his own apartment in the luxury condo complex. The president and CEO of Related Urban has put his 2,416-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom unit there back on the market for $18.375 million. That’s up from the asking price of $15 million about a year ago, before the listing was taken off the market.

The fully renovated residence, with fabulous Central Park views, includes a 27-by-20-foot great room and a mahogany-paneled library.

On Related’s Web site, Himmel’s bio page opens with this quote: “Developing Time Warner Center was like climbing the mountain of mountains. The way we executed it and the way it has become a part of the city and a catalyst for the West Side of New York speaks very well of the work we did. We really pulled off something pretty special.”

So why’s he selling? Himmel did not return our phone calls. Nor did Brown Harris Stevens listing brokers Elizabeth Lee Sample and Brenda Powers.

Himmel’s move resembles that of William Zeckendorf, who developed ultimate trophy building 15 Central Park West and then sold his own penthouse there for $40 million last year.
